TRAVEL DIRECTIONS

LONGFORD PARK TRACK, STRETFORD

Go west along the M62 and the M60; at Junction 12/1 (where the M62 goes off to Liverpool) stay on the M60 going south. At Junction 6 come off main motorway and turn on to parallel lanes signposted for A56 (Chester), which extend to Junction 7.

At Junction 7 turn left on to A56 (Chester Road). Take second exit at triangular roundabout (still A56) and get into right-hand lane. At next traffic-lights turn right on to the A5145 (Edge Lane – Metrolink station on bridge). Longford Park is on the left after about 600 yards; drive past the park and turn left into Ryebank Road (signposted, but sign tends to be overgrown). The car-park entrance is the second on the left (the first is a block of flats); the track is on the right of the car-park.
